Mysterious swinger clock

Nice mysterious clock, depicting a lady holding a "swinging" clockwork, interspersed with a lyre, a scroll of parchment and a presumably songbook.
The statue is made of zamac.
The whole stands on a marble pedestal (in this case a wooden variant painted with a griotte marble appearance)
This pedestal has a name plate with: "La Poësie" with the designer of the figurine Kossowski below it.
This is Henryk Kossowski (Poland 1855-1921 )

The movement - which moves back and forth in her hand - is made in France.

Dated: ca. 1900

Dimensions HxWxD: 40 x 12 cm (diameter base)
